Embossed Fascination Shawl

The Design

The Embossed Fascination Shawl is made using a fun technique that minimizes color changing and other annoyances (aka: weaving ends) by using a self-striping and a solid color yarn in a smart way.

The sample showcased was made with our yarn Bonita Yarns Chromatic Wool in “Prism” and Woolicious in “Black” colorway. Yarn Kits are available at www.bonitapatterns.com.

Solid yarn: 

4 skeins of Bonita Yarns Woolicious (DK Weight, #3, 50% wool/50% acrylic, 230 yds/210 m)

With I hook HDC in the Back Loop: 6 sts and 4 rows = 2" x 2”
