By request, we have designed an exquisite crochet blanketed using an embossed stitch pattern. The beauty of knitted cable leaves has been “translated” to crochet in this Embossed Garden Blanket. The blanket is made of square motifs crocheted in rounds and later joined to create the blanket. You can easily adapt the size of your blanket by increasing or decreasing the number of squares.

This pattern is rated as intermediate. The skills required to complete this project are: crocheting in the round (rnd), chain (ch), slip stitch (sl st), single crochet (sc), double crochet (dc), V-stitch (V-st: dc 1, ch 1, dc 1), front post double crochet (FPdc) and back post double crochet (BPdc).


MATERIALS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT:
* Hooks size - J (6.00 mm)

* Yarn: 15 skeins of Bonita Yarns Solid Colorful Dream in Light Blue, worsted weight (UK: Aran; Australia: 10 ply); 100% acrylic, 100g, 229 yds/ 210 m.

* Yardage - Approx. 3400 yards

* Yarn needle and scissors.
