Puffy Crocodile Stitch - PDF
The Design:
The cowl is a triangle shape, all worked in a self-striping yarn to make the color change mindlessly. The sample cowl with our Bonita Yarns Chromatic Wool in Over the Rainbow colorway (scroll down to see our yarn selection). The pattern also suggests our Dream Baby yarn (100% acrylic).
The design is worked bottom up and can be easily adapted into a shawl.
An intermediate crocheter will be comfortable making this project. The pattern will include a PHOTO TUTORIAL with many pictures showing the work in more detail. The pattern is written in US crochet terms.
Materials:
1 skein of Bonita Yarns Chromatic Wool (DK Weight, #3, 30% Wool/ 70% acrylic, 273 yds/250m).
1 skein of Bonita Yarns Dream Baby (DK Weight, #3; 100% Acrylic; Yds: 393 yards/360 meters).
Note: The shawl in the sample pictures was made with Chromatic Wool in "Over the Rainbow" colorway.
