Bonita Customer Spotlight

Posted by Lianka on

Hello Bonitas!

Its only March and we’ve already received numerous pictures of some beautiful Bonita Pattern creations! We’re always so blown away by your talents and we love seeing your work.

I know you must all have a busy schedule, but I’m glad crocheting has become a de-stress method and hobby for many of you. I can tell that these patterns were made with great care and patience. There is certainly no shortage of creativity in the crocheting community.

For anyone new to crocheting just know that some patterns are a lot easier to complete than they seem. Also, practice makes perfect so keep those needles moving! We have patterns for everyone from beginners to pros, so keep calm & crochet on. That feeling of accomplishment after finishing a project is the best reward anyone could ask for.

Though we can’t post all of the pictures that were sent to us here are some awesome crochet creations:

Cowl (1)

Cowl (2)

This stunning Crocodile Cowl was created by Dantariel (Ravelry User). It will not only keep you warm, but it is also a unique fashion statement! Fashion statements are a little harder to make when its cold out, but this bright and colorful accessory will be sure to catch anyone’s attention. I personally love the Crocodile Cowl because it can easily be used to dress up or dress down any outfit. This makes it the perfect go-to for any occasion.
Croc Flower

Next, we see Bonita Pattern’s Crocodile Flowers, which were skillfully created by artlikebread’s (Ravelry username). This pattern is especially convenient because it can be added to existing wear such as scarfs, or hats. Though the addition may seem small, this Crocodile Flower will be sure to give your outfit some extra pizzaz. I have to admit however, the best thing about this pattern is …… *DRUM ROLL*…. that its free! Free pizzaz! How can anyone say no to that? That’s why I can’t blame artlikebread for making three. The uses for this flower are endless!

Fish (1)

Fish (2)

Here we are looking at Crocodile Stitch Baby Goldfish Booties, which were made by Leka Leka (Ravelry username). Trust me, it may look hard to make but it’s a lot easier than you think. A dedicated beginner would be sure to master this stitch in no time. The best part is that we not only have this pattern for toddlers but we have them for adults too! This means you and your little one could have matching booties! I suggest taking advantage of this opportunity now. Why now you ask? Kids grow up fast. The older they get, the less likely they will be to willingly match accessories with their parents. So act quickly! Time is of the essence.

Gloves (1)

The last item in today’s blog will be these Leafy Fingerless Gloves which were created by Zone Creations (Ravelry Username). These fashion forward and unique gloves are sure to impress and making them causes no stress. Again, it may look difficult but fear not! Our PDF for these gloves includes a photo tutorial, which will guide you every step of the way.

Well I hope you enjoyed these crocheted beauties as much as I did! We look forward to seeing your other projects! I know they’ll be great so be sure to send them in through Facebook, Instagram or Ravelry.

Stay posted for more blogs to come!
