How do I receive my patterns?

After your payment has processed and your purchase is complete, you will receive an email to your PayPal email address from notifications@fetchapp.com which will contain the link you need to click on to download your patterns.

 

Hey, I never received the email with my download link! How come?

The email is automatically generated once your payment and checkout has been processed. You will receive the email from notifications@fetchapp.com. If you do not see it in your inbox please make sure to check your spam/junk folder in case the email gets filtered. To avoid emails being filtered in the future please make sure to add notifications@fetchapp.com to your email account address book. If you still can not locate your email please contact Luanna by sending an email to orders@bonitapatterns.com and make sure to include your order number along with which website you placed the order from.

 

Ugh!!! I need help with a pattern, who do I contact?

We're always here to help! If you need any technical assistance with a pattern please contact us by sending an email to patternsupport@bonitapatterns.com and we'll help you get through any issues. All pattern support emails will be answered within 48 hours.

YARN FAQs

How does the free shipping for orders over $50.00 work?
We offer free standard shipping for all USA domestic orders over $50.00. Just add $50.00 worth of items to your shopping cart and you'll automatically get the free shipping. If you want express shipping you will need to pay for that service.

Where do I get coupon codes from?
We send out coupon codes through our Bonita Patterns and Bonita Yarns News Letters as well as posting them on our Bonita Patterns Facebook page and Bonita Yarns Facebook page.

 

How quickly does my order get shipped?
We do our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible. We ship on Mon through Saturday. Any orders placed on Sunday and Monday will be shipped out on the next Tuesday.

 

How much is international shipping?
We're happy to be one of the few online yarn retailers to ship internationally. When you're done adding items to your cart click on the cart icon at the top right of the site. Select your country name from the pull down and the form will be adjusted so you can enter the rest of the information. Once that's complete, click continue and you will see all the shipping options available to you.
