Marketing & Graphic Design Internships

Bonita Patterns & Yarns was initially founded in 2010 exclusively as an e-commerce crocheting company. It brought unique patterns to the crochet market that have since become a global sensation! The crocodile stitch for example was made famous by our founder, Lianka Azulay, and is now a staple among the many other designs created. In 2011, Azulay released her first book, Crocodile Stitch Fashions, which quickly became a bestseller in the DIY genre. The company has been profiled in several renowned industry magazines in the U.S. and abroad, including Vogue Knitting. With so much success, in 2014, Bonita Patterns & Yarns expanded and opened its first store-front in Baltimore, Maryland. With this launch, the company also grew its crochet pattern business to include the sale of Bonita brand yarns and yarn from other top companies.
